Plain English. Your data is yours.
What we store
Your email address, the cards and certificates you add (card type, expiry date and any photo you upload), your reminder preference, and your answer to how you heard about us if you give one. Nothing else.
Why we store it
So we can show you your tickets and email you before one expires. We do not use your data for anything else.
Who can see it
Only you. Your records are locked to your account with per-user access rules, and card photos are kept in private storage that is only readable through your own signed links.
Sharing and selling
We never sell your data and we never share it with advertisers. We only use the service providers needed to run the app: hosting, the database, and the email service that sends your reminders.
Emails
We send expiry reminders 90, 30 and 7 days before a ticket runs out, and on the day it expires. You can turn reminders off at any time in your account settings.
Deleting your data
You can delete any ticket in the app at any time. Email us and we will delete your account and everything in it.
